Who we are
Landglen is run by Esra Badi, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We buy vacant land in Texas (Houston first) and Alabama: rural acreage, recreational land, infill lots, and parcels that owners simply don't need anymore.
Many of the people we work with inherited land they've never seen, are paying taxes every year on property they don't use, or live hundreds of miles away. Listing that kind of land with an agent can mean months of waiting and a large commission.
